Mr.Kırcı graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ankara, in 2001 admitted to Ankara Bar as of 2002 and, actively practices as an attorney at law (patent lawyer, trademark lawyer) in all intellectual property-related disputes since then.

N.Berkay KIRCI also acts as a registered and chartered trademark attorney and a patent attorney before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT).

He has a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in the Department of Science and Technology Policy Studies obtained from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey.

He holds a certificate on Intellectual Property (General Course on Intellectual Property, 2002) and a certificate of training on Domain Name Dispute Resolution (WIPO Advanced Workshop on Domain Name Dispute Resolution, 2009, Geneva, Switzerland) obtained from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). 

He also holds Legal English for Jurist's certificate obtained from Ankara University, Faculty of Law, The Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law, Ankara, Turkey.

His articles and papers were published in some of the prestigious journals in Turkey and the world. His book entitled: 'Unfair Usage of Trademarks via Internet' was published in Turkish and English languages.

N.Berkay KIRCI was appointed by competent Intellectual Property Courts as an expert witness in many IP-related cases and concluded reports for more than 10 years. 

He further gives lectures, conferences about Intellectual Property issues on occasion.

He is fluent in English and is eligible to respond Clients verbally and in writing. 

N.Berkay KIRCI is also the founder of KIRCI Law Office (KIRCI Law Office).
